**If you have earned an associate degree and are looking to return for a bachelor's degree, or are seeking a second bachelor's or master's degree, you will need to complete a new application. 

• Current UIW Students: If you are currently enrolled at UIW, review the guidelines for changing programs or your major. Current UIW students do not need to reapply to switch programs.
**If you previously attended UIW's School of Professional Studies but have had a break of enrollment of less than a year and did not complete the UIW degree attempted, please email eapadvising@uiwtx.edu. You do not need a new application.

• Readmission: If you attended UIW in the past but have not completed the degree you began and it has been more than a year since your last course, access the readmission application by choosing the LOG IN tab above and use the email originally associated with your initial application.
**If you have attended another institution since your last enrollment at UIW, you will need to submit an official transcript of coursework attempted. Students must also be in good standing.
