Get Started with the School of Professional Studies

The School of Professional Studies offers degrees 100% online and in the classroom during evening hours tailored toward a working professional's learning requirements. Please tell us a little about yourself and your academic interests below so we can better serve you. Here are some helpful notes:

• New Students:

• Current Students: If you are currently enrolled at UIW, review the guidelines for changing programs or your major. Current UIW students do not need to reapply to switch programs.


• Previous UIW Students:
  • Readmission: Create an account below to access the Readmission application if you attended UIW in the past and:
    • You have earned an associate degree and are applying for a bachelor’s degree.
    • You have attended UIW but have not completed the degree you began and wish to resume your studies with the same or a different major.
    • You would like to earn a second bachelor’s or master’s degree.
    
  • Returning Students: If you previously attended UIW's School of Professional Studies (SPS) but have had a break of enrollment of less than a year and did not complete the UIW degree attempted, please email eapadvising@uiwtx.edu. You do not need to complete a new application.

*Note: If you have attended another institution since your last enrollment, you must submit an official transcript of coursework attempted. Students must be in good standing to be readmitted to the university.
